The name of this episode if you want to see the whole episode is English it majin Goshogun episode 14 and in the japanese it Goshogun: episode 14. It is there that he get a barebottome armhand spanking by a robot.
Someone posted the first five episodes of its American adaptation "Macron 1" and they changed the Nanny-bot to a male teacher-bot and, of course, gave everyone English names.
Alright, so there's something important to mention about this scene as its themes are somewhat lost in the localization. The robot tutor in the English cut of the show is male and represents a companion/teacher for the boy. The episode features them having a falling out and his friend/teacher questioning both his purpose and their friendship. Eventually they reconcile resulting in a deeper bond or greater commitment on the part of the robot to teaching the boy. Hence the spanking. However, in the original Japanese cut the robot is both a female AND a maternal figure for the boy. Also, she doesn't question their friendship, but her very existence.
At the end the boy risks his life to save hers and even says that he considers her his mom. This results in her chasing him down and spanking him as apposed to half halfheartedly giving up like in earlier scenes. Signifying both her coming to terms with having a soul and actually embracing her role as the boy's mother by giving him far more intimate attention than she previously did. It's a very deep scene passed off as simple comedy, but in its original context a very moving moment and the rare usage of spanking as a subtle but tremendous example of character development.
