First, I wanna apologize to Hrt for my earlier reply in this thread if it seemed like I was looking down on small posts.

Second, I love all this wonderful advice.

Third, and to add a bit more advice of my own, I find that trying an RP with characters that know one another is extremely effective. Friends, family, workmates, ect... I find this as an excellent setup for some very deep, even emotional spankings and other scenes as well. As a counterpoint, characters that don't know one another have a good chance to attempt to create one such relationship.

Also, and I suppose this is just my two cents, there is something to be said for character depth. Some of the most rewarding rp's, I've found, are the ones where it takes FOREVER to get to the next spanking... while its natural for a fresh rp to be full of mistakes and boo-boos, as time goes on, characters (slightly) mature, and tend towards new interactions with each other..... so don't feel bad if your character (or fellow player(s)) tend away from the repetition of spankings anymore... its a call to make your character better: listen to what he or she wants you to write him/her doing.... and do it!

If i wasn't such a nervous paranoid chicken i would probably try role playing again.....i guess i strayed away from it and am to afraid to try again T_T i make myself cry. Oh well go nervous paranoid chicken dogs! Woot <(^.^<)

Well Kiwi_ninjadog at least you had the guts try role playing once. I love reading stories and role plays and I have thought it might be fun to RP with someone but even now I am to chicken to try (I wish I wasn't so nervous

When someone i used to roleplay with had to go away to collage i completly stopped roleplaying because i was so used to there style...they roleplayed much differnt then what i was used. She finnaly came back and i am happy now but at least i am trying on her. its fun ^_^

I'm wondering somthing.

I recently joined, and I already put up an RP. I need a couple of people to do it with, and I stated that in the post. But no one's PMed me yet asking about it.

Am I possibly jumping the gun by posting the RP too soon? Should I ask around first, or wait until some PMs me?

Princess, as far asI know there is one thing you maybe should have done. You should have posted your RP idea in the Roleplay Recruitment and discussion thread. You might get more bites if you post it there.

Awesome advice, one thing I have a deal with is I post too quickly and I see a dictonary of misspelled words in my post, wich turns it into a coded message. Patients is a virtue for a reason I guess =]
