Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

That's what the gallery is for. Just make sure none of them are duplicates, or otherwise violate the site's rules.

can any member post in the gallery or do you need to be registered as an actual artists? and what if you don't know where the picture came from? what about posting of html links to spanking pictures or stories?

If you actually look at the gallery and the galleries available you should see its fairly self explainatory. Just click the upload button and view your options, again, you'll see its fairly self explainatory.
As for posting links, again, just a little look at the forums should show you that it seldom if ever happens and therefore is not ideal. Links to stories sometimes acceptable, links to pictures is highly boring for members and seldom gets any attention.

ok, i uploaded my first picture, and i don't think it's been posted before because i did a search, for the character and show and didn't get hits on either. I have another picture i haven't uploaded yet, but don't know who the character is so it may allready be in the gallary.
