I about had a fit when I saw my favorite Anime didn't have a thread! For those of you who don't know, Yuu Yuu Hakusho is one of the greatest Animes/Manga to ever exist. I've really--...okay I shouldn't lie. It's one of the many Action Animes' I love. (Yeah Huya loves action. ;D) At first it wasn't even because they actually had spanking in the anime. (The ONE time in the anime and the two in the manga...), it was just an amazing series with a great cast.

I would sum up the series, but with spoilers and stuff I'm afraid that I would go too far and the first page on this forum would be like a billion miles long. ._. I'd go into massive detail, so you can see my love for this series is immense.

The animation itself fluxuates through out the series. The beginning looks terrible compared to later in the series, once you hit the Maze Castle Saga, or the Rescue Yukina Saga it lightens up to something much more pretty.

My personal favorite of the sagas would either have to be the Dark Tournament Saga, or the Chapter Black. Even though the Three King's Saga explains Hiei's background story (Apparently...if no one could tell, Hiei is my favorite anime character of all time. ._.)

Wow. I've already gone into way too much detail for one post...erm...

Anyone else like this series? ^^;

I loved it.Hiei was also my favorite character,he had some of the best fights scenes.After Hiei my second favorite was Genkai and Toguro(younger Brother) my third favorite.

Waha! Yes! He had AMAZING fight scenes. I loved his fight against Bui and when he fought with Mukuro in the Makai Tournament. ._. I was like "YUS! JAOU ENSATSU KOKURYUUHA FOR LIFE!" xD Cause...I'm odd. ;-;

Elder Toguro is my best friend's brother's favorite characcter! He does the PERFECT immitation! When we were watching the 'Sword and Dragon' DVD I would quote Kuwabara and he would do Elder Toguro and we had everyone laughing...because...Bui did Ballet.

Without a doubt my favorite Anime. And my favorite character is definately Yusuke, Mostly because he can always make a joke and is rarely TOO serious. Also, he gets cooler when he gets his long hair and tattoos for various reasons. Second place gose to Jin the wind master, cause he's just awesome. Favorite saga gose the three kings saga, just cause we learn more about the characters, and cause Raizens awesome. I could seriously go on about this show for hours, though it gets hard without spoilers.

Absolutely love this anime! Kurama would have to be my favorite character. I rather enjoyed the Dark Tournament saga.

My favorite saga was the dark tournament too.And one of my favorite moments was when Hiei fought Makintarou,or something like this,Hiei just cut off Makintarou's arm before the guy even noticed!

YES! A fellow hardcore dedicated fan! :3 Yuusuke is amazing, I love him... Justin Cook actually, in my opinion is a better match up voice for him. xD Don't ge me wrong, the Japanese seiyuus are AMAZING, but Justin Cook...he's just perfect for Yuusuke. xD
Jin is amazing too! I had an obsession with him and with Touya once (Seperate, not yaoi). xD Haa just such a great show.

Definately, the english dub is way better, mainly cause Jin gets his Irish accent. And Touyas awesome. Just cause I posted here, I started rewatching the series on Veoh. I'm on the second match of the dark tournament right now. It's pretty cool.

I love the episodes with Jin! I loved the way he spoke in english his Irish accent and his wiggling ears I couldn't stop I kept watching it over and over just to hear him talk Give it up to Jin the Wind Master! LOL

But Hiei is my favorite character!
