Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

I made my username back when I was stupid and afraid of the internet. Part of the reason for this post is to try and get people to call me James. Most of the reason is because I really need a friend. Someone I can talk to about this stuff, and not worry that I'm bothering them.

This was a great introduction! Kudos to you for overcoming your nervousness to make it. And not everyone who's a member on an art site has to be an artist. The site is for people who love and appreciate spanking art. We need people to look at the stuff artists draw and post, and just being involved on the forums and making comments on people's art is wonderful in and of itself.

Hello James, and welcome. Glad you came around to doing this meme and introduced yourself.
I hope you can feel that this place is a place to meet like-minded friends who are friendly and who you feel you can open up to about if you need to. I know for me when I was a little younger and very embarrassed and even ashamed of my interest in all this, this place seemed like a safe haven in many ways and brought me a lot of comfort and I felt very accepted.

You don't have to be an 'artist' to share in this community, either. The art is just a communal thing where people can create, share, observe, and give much-desired feedback, affirmation, and social interaction.
Check out the forums for more of a discussion area if you desire it, or even try PMing people. I think you'll find most people seem very friendly and non-judgemental on this site, or at least that's my sincere hope for your experiences.
