Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

So today we've got a little scene featuring Keine and Rumia. I don't know anything about Rumia really other than she's got some sort of power that lets her manipulate the darkness.
And Keine? Well she's a history teacher (which could go some ways towards setting up the scene in this pic) she's also a hakutaku.
What's a hakutaku you ask?
Well it's a creature from Chinese/Japanese mythology also known as a Bai Ze or a kutabe. They're usually described as having multiple eyes and horns (though the exact amount of each varies somewhat), a human like face, and a body that's either cow or lion like (sometimes a bit of a mix of the two). Anyway back to Touhou, Keine's more of a were-hakutaku, assuming her hakutaku form during the full moon (which looks a little something like this: http://www.theanimegallery.com/data/...tAG_103996.jpg). I don't know much about the details of the transformation or how it effects her personality. I do know her abilities change depending on which form she's in.
To quote a wiki: "In human form, she can "eat" history, as she did in the events of Imperishable Night. Though it is stated as "eating", it is clear that she is only concealing history from outside viewers. In her hakutaku form, however, she is able to create history; she is also apparently aware of the entire history of Gensokyo in this state, according to her official profile."
Sorry for all the rambling, but Keine's actually one of my favorite Touhou characters (even though I don't know everything about her). I wish I knew more about Rumia so I could fill you in but hey, you can do what I did when I wanted to learn about Touhou, consult the wiki!
For bonus fandom points read the Etymology of CAVED!!!! on Keine's page (it's under the fandom header). I laughed quite a bit when I first found out about it.

Basically, Rumia forgot her homework too often, and got whipped.
The description also says that there are three punishments in school : a bare-bottomed spanking with the hand, a headbutt, and a whipping on the panties.
Otogawa also says it has nothing to do with the poll in his last picture. So a Cirno picture may be coming next.
Funnily enough, Rumia is often depicted as an simple-minded idiot, repeating "is that so?" while hunting for meat. Said meat can be of various and unpleasant origins. Still funnily enough, Rumia is used by both cute artists (because she's small and adorable), and by grimdark artists (because she's a man-eater. Literally or not. Depends if the guy feels like making some H). That often leads to hilarious argument to decides whether she should be petted and treated with love or shot on sight.

Also props on the Rumia info. This fandom is crazy, but it makes me laugh so much that I can't help but love it.

Greyrain : You poor fool. Otogawa's doing that since the collaboration started. He first upload a basic draft, and then post the final drawing with the background and the long comment to explain why the girl is being spanked this time.
Lys : Ha. Google Translate is as reliable as the Sun. There's a nugget of truth every once in a while, and if you're smart and logical, you can figure out what's being said, but most often, it's gibberish.
If you want a reliable translation, you're forced to rely on a translator. A living one.
