BabyRie: I'm pretty sure it has to do with the very top layer of dead skin loosening from the underlying layers, like having flaky skin after being out in the sun for too long.

Its either cause blisters build up or cause the top layer of skin tries to get away from being spanked...in other words it gets loose. Happens often in prolonged and harsh spankings while using implements. At least thats what my mind came up with.
Redness occurs due to capillaries dilating, allowing more blood to the skin in the areas of stress. Hard surface implements such as paddles and canes put more stress (not sure if it's compression or stretching or both) around the edges of the impact. So if a paddle hits about the same spot the center will be a little lighter. That's one kind of white.
The other one is (the one Archer talks about) when outermost cells of the skin getting roughed up make skin reflect light differently. Instead of shiny skin becomes more velvety, it only happens with dry skin, naturally, as oil or water would prevent tiny flakes of cells from separating and forming micro relief. It has nothing to do with blisters (which do not occur at all) or disruption of blood flow.
What a gorgeous picture! I love how the mom's shoe accents match her dress. And I've been spanked to that degree myself, makes my behind ache in sympathy!
I love the old-fashioned imagery, but I'm mainly thrown by why she'd even have her hairbrush out in the barn.
The traditional taking of someone to the woodshed arose because there were paddle-like pieces of wood available in the woodshed, so that can't be it. And it seems odd that she'd pick up her hairbrush and then deliberately take her daughter out to the barn.
Possibly she already had her hairbrush on her when she caught her daughter misbehaving in the barn in some fashion (smoking, perhaps?) and proceeded to put it to use. But why would she take her hairbrush out to the barn? Does that dress she's wearing even have pockets?
@Emily I think it might be a house brush, given that it is a barn. There are usually two types- a hard bristles one for the body and a soft one for the mane or tail.
And if the young lady has been negligent in her horse grooming duties it would be karmic appropriate.
@H-bum: I have no idea. Ten to fifteen minutes of spanking? Enough to make me kick and howl like the poor girl in this picture, anyway. I identify with her completely.
Your spanking drawings are always the epitome of perfection! The differing shades of red in the areas of the buttocks is a detail one doesn't see too often in such depictions. You really are well versed in the science of spanking.

This is one of the most extraordinary pieces of spanking artwork I've ever seen. It takes my breath away. You could write a whole story based on that one picture. Or many stories, all of which lead to the same end: the very well spanked bottom of a very deserving and sorry little girl.
Classic rural Americana, severe spanking style--I could envision there being a Norman Rockwell illustration like this, except possibly for the woman's shoes, from the 1930s or '40s.
From the looks of that girl's purplish bare bottom, she's been getting quite emphatically smacked atop it for at least ten solid minutes--with a heavy-looking, flat-backed horse brush that looks considerably more fearsome than an ordinary hairbrush, wielded by a very determined womanly disciplinarian.

As said before, it's maybe the greatest spanking art ever. I can't think of a better one, and few that were even close. I'd disagree that her butt is swollen, though. Its being naturally gigantic and bubbled like that is part of the sexiness of the situation. A butt like that in the house, I bet step-mom there finds any little excuse she can to put this naughty little girl over her knee.
Amazing. I love everything about this picture. The attention to detail, the background, even the shadow. The position of the 'mother' and girl are so realistic, although I am surprised that by this stage of the spanking she doesn't need more restraint, but maybe she's just too afraid to try and resist, although she is unlikely to be able to control herself much longer. Tears are flowing freely, her legs are starting to kick and her bottom is swollen and already blistered. But,judging by the scowl on the 'mother's' face, it could go on for some time yet. Poor girl.
You're right...nothing to say. Except one word: PERFECTION !! Though I think this is the first time I've seen a hairbrush used in a woodshed / barn setting (usually it's a strap or piece of wood or switch). But no qualms from me....the hairbrush is my favorite spanking implement ! Keep up the good work !
I have not made any comments before on this, but I have loved seeing it since the first time I saw it. It is your best, IMHO. Obviously, the girl has seriously misbehaved...and is getting exactly what she deserves: a busted butt.
This beautiful drawing simply deserves more and more praise. I cannot acknowledge enough how insanely skillfully it is all being performed. The poor girl's expression is perfect.
