Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

More Youmu abuse from Shimeji-san. Shikieiki is playing the tormenter this time, but it looks like she's not content with just spanking Youmu.
Some context for those who don't know much about Touhou, that little blobby ghost thing that follows Youmu is part of her body. She's kind of a half phantom and has the two bodies. It's complicated.
But this line from the wiki sums it up best:
Youmu's phantom half often receives terrible treatment in canon (for example, in Touhou Hisoutensoku, upon losing to Sanae Kochiya, Sanae asks her how "the marshmallow looking-like thing" tastes). In fanon Yuyuko is frequently seen abusing it, sometimes treating it as food.
You often see people tormenting Youmu sexually with it too. In this case it would probably be something equivalent to when people molest a cat girl's tail or these bits from To Love-Ru: http://to-loveru-tail-scenes.wikia.com/wiki/Tail_Scenes .
