Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Happy New Year everyone! I know I haven't been very active lately and I do apologize for that, but it's been a busy year. I wanted to take this opportunity to announce some big news in my life. I got married!!! ( Typical me, I am late to announce this, I got married about 6 months ago now but didn't get together a picture until now ^^; )
And yes, my husband is a spanko. He also happened to be on this site (he's a bit of a lurker) by coincidence, but that isn't how we met. I was delighted to find that he was familiar with my work on the site before we even met!

Is a firemans-lift really that appropriate to carry across the threashold though? I know its an efficient lifting position but surely it lacks elegance and it can't be good when you dump your poor wife into the new marriage bed like she's a sack of potatoes~
I suppose there's little I can add at this point, but all the same you have my congratulations and best wishes for the future. May it be a long and happy one together.

How Else? In the traditional manner, scooping her up romantically in your arms under the knees and shoulders and trying not to bang her head on the doorframe of course~
Allows for eye-contact (or possibly threats), also makes it easier to place your spouse like an angel into the clouds when putting her onto the bed, rather than like a first responder volleying an unconcious person over the shoulder onto a stretcher arse first.
As I said, I admire the efficiency of the firemens lift but aesthetically it lacks enchantment~

@RobM While I can see your argument and enjoyed your descriptions and comparisons, the main reason for the position was more a matter of composition and focus than practicality. I and my new husband both enjoy the idea of potentially public exposure, so having me flipped over his shoulder just worked too perfectly to expose the bottom and make it a nice focal point of the drawing, while also having the added benefit of the implication of strength and dominance. For the record, I was not carried this way on the actual day but it's still fun to imagine!
Congratulations and Welcome to married life, CC. Having a person who enjoys The Spanking Scene is a big plus. Of course this means that you have a chance to actually live out live action versions of much of your artwork.

I think it's really funny that people are questioning why CC drew the couple in an OTS carry. No, that's not typically the way a groom carries his bride over the threshold. But this is a parody. It ties into the power dynamic; he's just finished spanking his girl, and now he's claiming her as his own by hoisting her over his shoulder and carrying her away. Besides, if you remember one of the first scenes that CC made show's a guy carrying his girlfriend over the shoulder and telling her she's about to be spanked.
