Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Ouch! Now that's harsh - that's one pose I'd not do, hah. Especially since the distance of the spanker and the spankee is so big, makes targetting rather hard o.o
Older bother/Younger brother is my vote - and at that range, he's probably at the belts length limit - so that it doesn't over-reach wrap around the kids bottom to far.

Even for the belt this looks harsh but also these appear to be the same characters as in previous picture (Ruka_106_) so the grey(?) shirt has already had a hand-spanking.
My first thoughts with this one is just how hard it must be for that boy to stay in place! The urge to move out of the way or protect his poor backside has to be very hard to resist. There is no doubt he is in some serious pain!
