Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Ohhhh, I've thought about this exact same scenario before myself! A rebellious punk girl getting spanked by an authority figure most likely a cop. I can't help but wonder how he got her to get into position like that. I can imagine officer Jones telling her to assume the position, and of course she says something like, "f♫ck you! no way in hell I'm letting you spank me!" So maybe he had to give her a few strokes with the club to get her to comply ^u^
It would really add insult to injury if she still got in trouble after this :P
I think maybe a nightstick ass beating isn't quite slappy and stinging enough. What he's doing could actually break her bones and even injure her butt muscles.

Not something you see every day, that's for sure. Also, I love the handprint on the girl's bottom in the first panel. Clearly she didn't bend over immediately.
@spankedforreal: Maybe it's a special spanking baton that's hollow or something? After all this is clearly a universe where it's ok for a police officer to tug a miscreant's shorts down and give her a spanking. Seems reasonable he could have a special spanking-baton.
