One request: I'd like his mothers (and myabe his penny sibiling too) to constantly remind Andrea/Andrew that (s)he is now a girl, both verbally and in terms of treating him/her accordingly and so on. Every time Andrew argues about the gender it should be a punsihable offence. Ok?
