Ok, one last try. remember our punk diapered RP? Would you consider a short RP, probably one extended scene, with something of that type? A group of punk-ish, "cool" and rebelious teen girls hang out together, making a complete mess of their place plus some offends as underaged drinking, smoking, graffiti, etc. Policeman, landlord or someone like that comes to deal with their behaviour; they act arrogant first, but end up acting and looking as sorry little babies. Aside from teh obvious it might include some "make-over": forced bathing, giving them more "approp[riate" hairdos and such.
In a short idea's the transition from "tough, dirty, rebellious" to "girly, cute, timid".
