I would just suggest going through and reading others RPs,especially the two I mentioned and anyone you see them interact with a lot RP wise. Way I broke my old habits is I initially copied their styles and slowly developed my own with time that was an improvement from what I initially started with. That's assuming you even want to learn to reformat your style,that obviously up to you.

So do I and my Fiance? Its a matter of describing your actions in the post itself,describe your character taking/reacting to the action and not inserting them between the asterisks.

Well see that's probably what people mean when they say you're not detailed enough. Look at most of the ones I've done with say,Chyrsm or CleverFox. That's basically a "Standard" post to most people. I'm not the best Roleplayer in any sense of the word,but look through those two's RPs and you'll find some real gems in there.
