Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Thanks to fireball's encouraging words, I decided to share a story too. It doesn't compare to the beautiful stories others have written, but I hope you enjoy it.
It's been fun reading people's entries and seeing the different approaches everyone takes and the things they focus on. Like some wrote from the perspective of the boys; some gave a story for her pouch which I just assumed to be omamori; or some decided that she was on her way home and not to school.
My choice was, well, uncreative - I went with the basic mother/daughter spanking scenario and focused on why she'd get it in the morning. For a girl her age, I just felt a warm, maternal spanking was the best fit... Hey, I know what I like :P. Anyway, it was fun to write; if it was fun to read, that would be just splendid.
Your story was very cute! You wrote a distinct character who acted her age, so very realistic! Such a creative implement also (the shoe horn). I'll have to think about using that one some time. <3 The ending was also very sweet, with Mai defending Nanami. One thing to improve on is being consistent with your style of quoting thoughts, whether it be actual quotes, italicizing, etc. Overall, adorable story.
