Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Sure, but I think that had more to do with the fact that its inclusion would change the game from M-rated to AO-rated, so there were some regulatory concerns... but, of course, AO-rated games are much harder to find distribution channels for, which is actually what causes most "bans". It's not that a game is forbidden by law, it's that no one will agree to sell it.

Local ordinances will vary from city to city or w/e, but just-plain-jiggling isn't going to ban a game (or anything else) from the US as a whole

I don't think we get much jiggle in the UK. Might be unlawful under the Think of the Children Act, 2004. DoA Beach volleyball had a little though, now that I think of it.

Jiggling? No. There's nothing in the US that will ban a game for just that. More explicit content? Sure.

@Gorgon: apparently not. Theres alot of jiggling in Tekken6,SoulCalibur4 and Dead Or Alive4,among others.
