Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Getting DLC and stuff is the whole point of Pre-ordering. In a digital environment - especially steam - there is zero other purpose since its not like with physical disks you preorder to ensure they haven't run out before you get one and with only a few exceptions it isn't cheaper than waiting until after release and the reviews are out. Preordering has no other purpose - especially since you don't know how good a game is. Think of all those people who got burned with Aliens: Colonial Marines for example.
I remember I preordered Bioshock Infinite because it came with a free copy of XCOM, but I probably could have bought both of them during the summer sale for less than I paid a few months ago. *shrug* Oh well.
Hitman: Absolution and Borderlands 2 so far, with a DLC pack for RAGE for only 60p. Disapointed I couldn't get a legitimate copy of Bioshock Infinate this sale. I don't want to pay more than a tenner for it, I guess I'll have to wait for it to come down in price before the sale brings it that low...
