And to answer your question, for what could probably initate the spanking some I thought of some ideas and one of them was Blake spanking Weiss and then being comforted by Midnight in private while he shares the story or the other way around with Weiss spanking Blake and Blake getting comforted by him which could remind him of that day.

The spanking itself could probably be Blake staying out so late which gets her in trouble and found by Midnight who is allowed to stay and watch.
