I'm good with the flexible tone, but maybe using that as a way to make them not try as "hard" to escape, or just something always happens to prevent them from leaving thanks to the island's "desires".

Oooo that's a fun twist there, and if you want we could keep up with the OVA's theme and the island being alluring/erotic inducing. But yeah a cosplay cafe being there and all the outfits being left there as the girls have to wear them if they want real clothes that aren't skimpy bikinis on their lewd bodies.

I'm down to hear any OC/original ideas you might have there.

The AoT idea might be a bit interesting there to explore.

As for the HotD, it starts with the group getting split up after having to use two different cars and getting divided. The girls get stuck and find themselves sheltering with someone else for a bit. they try and trick him into agreeing to help maybe using their charms/feminine appearance, or potentially taking advantage of the island OVA situation as the setting for the plot. However they end up in over their heads as they end up finding he has a firm hand, and potentially leaving them in awkward situations maybe their clothes are tattered so they are regularly in ecchi fueled outfits/skimpiness.
