yes l have seen A Certain Scientific Railgun, in fact a new season has just started of it which l am collecting.. however lve seen all the other associated OVA/series which include the side series A Certain Magical Index.

and the anime in question l assume you are talking about actually is called Ef but its also known as Ef A Tail of Memories.

lol l ran out of anime to watch so lm currently watching normal TV series.. just started the second season of House.. however the last anime l rewatched was Onigai Teacher..

tho before that l was watching Kingdom, was worth the watch, the animation was more 3D like but it was pretty interesting.
