It's banned 'cos it's the worst. It isn't a spanking fetish, it's a sexual humiliation fetish - and that has no place on this site when it involves kids. Banning it outright was the simplest way and it's no exaggeration to say at least 40 of the artists at the time threatened to quit if it wasn't removed.

As to when... it was probably about 2010, it's definately not new.

The rules popping up though... even though they don't change a lot they probably should have a yearly sign-off just to remind people, I agree with you~

2 I have a idea, Rarity seemed fond the outfits that leaves the flank bare so we can come up with someone that will act as a disciplinarian after Strictia left for home.
