I have a few ideas I'd like to offer to you. Feel free to decline them, though.

1) Adult woman being treated like a child by the court's order, but without physicall regression, as opposite to Rejuve Universe. Something along the lines of Spankingtoon's works, if yu know what I mean.

2) Adult woman being at home looked over and disciplined by her old toys, who posess some kind of magical powers and are very strict and have kindergarden-like ideas of proper behaviour. They get more and more strict and demanding night after night.

3) A grown-up woman is somehow transfered to another dimension/planet/distant future, there her age is considered early childhood. She's atken as a foster and treated accordingly to this point of view, any attempts to demand "adult treatment" would be seen as temper tantrums. Can be fandom-based or original.
