Well I was think of one Tarene Thor. Her sembalance is that she can control and create lightning from her body but the more voltage she uses the more her Stamina drains.

The basic idea is that a team of trainee girls in the RWBY universe. there placed under the care of a special teacher Samuel Crow, known as the 'Black Paladin'. Now mind you that these girls are highly skilled, even if they are younger then most hunstrises. which is why they were placed in Samuel's care. Now I have to say this up right. I really don't want godmodding. so well your OC's can have a sembalance. there must be limits. the example would be Crow's sembalance is special in that he has two. One allows him to move at near the speed of light for breaf jolts. However he can only move at that speed for 10 seconds at the most, and must give at least 10 seconds between each burst of speed. His other power is that he can slow time to a crawl, but doing so puts such a huge strain on his body that it literally stops his heart. He can use this power as much as he wants. but doing so too much can kill him.

I don't mind. Long as you don't mind if I play my OC as a male. which is kind of how I pictured the OC for the RWBY setting.
