Okay, so... characters that 'deserve' it...

Cody (brat), Larry (brat) , April May (brat), Phoenix (by Mia, because he, well... sorta overlooks things a lot), Mike Meekins (young, air-headed police cadet - doesn't think about his actions) Gumshoe (obvious reasons).

I guess if you tried real hard you could get Maya Fey or Ema Skye spanked, although they don't really deserve it.

What do you think? Did I miss anybody...?

Well, what characters would you like to see spanked? I mean, maybe the ones that sorta deserve it, too, to make it easier. ;]
