you could call HP tomorrow and see if the warranty is still good, they may be able to fix it. I was reading and a lot of ppl say that solution I gave you works even when their computer is doing what yours is doing so maybe you should give it a shot, it cant hurt *snugs*

yep google ish the solution to everything ^^ theres this tech guy that says theres something you can do for a laptop that wont turn on, like if you push the button it doesnt do anything but not sure if thats what your computer is doing. If you push it and nothing happens it's worth a shot he said it works 50% of the time. Unplug the charging cord, take out the battery, hold the power button for one full minute to drain any residual static energy, plug in and try to turn it on. Don't replace the battery just plug it in. Might help *returns to see if there is anything else* lol. Guessing the laptop is out of its warranty?
