Basically yeah, but he THINKS he's an adult, and should be treated like one. And he's never actually driven a car, he just thinks he should have a right to XD lol does that sound okay even though it is very odd XD ?

haha I thought you were posting fast XD and well, here goes... I had this idea that there was this young baby taken away from his parents (their choice) and taken away for this experiment. Anyway eight years later, the boy's working for the secret service and has basically got the mind of an adult, in a sense he can drive a car, work, use a gun and all that. But he's a total douche, in a way that he wants to go out drinking and stuff, and he's sarcastic and mean. So I had this idea he gets partnered up with one of the new agents (who doesn't know he's a kid) and the new agent thinks that the kid should act like a kid. He looks and sounds like a kid, but acts like an adult. I think it would be a nice original idea :3

Haha I thought so. Also I thought about an idea where I just play a spankee character, it's kinda....odd though XD

I don't mind but the parents would be human, so it probably makes more sense for the twins to be too xD
