When someone who has been given a ban from the site attempts to evade it and comes running over with a message saying 'hey, it's XXX, I'm back' you are required to report them. and I don't believe you're unintelligent - you knew.

Even if you didn't realise straight away... you would have found out. What you did was sit on the info for a full week.

Not reporting banned members evading - and instead enabling them - damages and threatens our sites security. People doing that can join them on a temp ban.

Failure to report a banned member returning.

You KNOW this is a bannable offense and said NOTHING.
There's no way you can tell me you didn't know.
