It's not the same one. It's one he gets called on after Greg finishing this one, and Mycroft punishes him. I was thinking John wouldn't appreciate being ignored again, so he would ground Sherlock from cases for the day, and make him stand in the corner, to show him how ignoring someone wasn't good.
