Yeah, that definitely can be a thing. So when they get there these are probably what would happen along with what we agreed on:

Asuna questions Sean on why he would buy something he doesn't know about and probably get spanked for it.
Silica would be spanked since she would probably still be in the towel and Asuna wouldn't like her walking around half-naked.
Keith going to his room notices Lisbeth spanked and uses his reward from the battle a bottle of lotion to heal her butt.
Later maybe at bathtime Kirito would maybe catch Asuna off-guard and would either spank her in private or in front of the others for fun getting revenge.
