It's all good - sorry it took so long. Apparantly there were problems with the email service that I wasn't aware of - when I locked your account for you to reset your password I did it in the good faith that this would only be a few hours of inconvenience... didn't realise it'd take months.
You weren't the only one affected. Some spambot went trying various accounts with 'Password1' and stuff like that and if it got in started sending spam adverts with your account.
It might be worth your while checking on
