I thought maybe more of a second option, his natural inner gift. Maybe the women feel like they have to play along whenever he declairs they have to be punished. Or any attempt to fight back, magical or not, is miracliously blocked.

I am pretty open about that. I have some vague ideas, but I am open to your suggestions as well.
1) Harry is somehow a "natural spanker" (maybe it's the Potter's bloodline right/gift, or a side effect of the Voldemort's curse). No woman can deny him the right to punish her if he feels it's needed. We can just follow the plot of teh books with Harry spanking them here and there.
2) Molly Weasley uses corporal punishments for everyone leaving in the Burrow. Spankees can include her kids, Harry, Hermione at different ages, Fleur and even the members of Order of Pheonix.
3) endings of the early books/films mostly had the main trio misbehaving and breaking the rules, though for a good cause. We could do a series of punishments they earn for that, year to year.
I don't have any raunch, sexy ideas as for the moment, but I am open to any suggestions.

Since the original plot alraedy has some spankings and even more implied, we could vaguely follow it, skipping the less hot parts.

But I realise WoT is very heavy with characters and details, so I am not sure if it would really be comfortable for you.

Maybe we should stick to the classics we both know. )

The WoT books contain a lot of canon spankings, though, I think, there is more and more of it as the volumes go. I haven't finished the series yet eiither, though.
I wouldn't mind RPing taht fandom, as I am very into it at the moment and, again, it's pretty spank-friendly, but if you are not too interested, I wouldn't push it. HP is fine as well. )

Ok then, may I try two shots in the dark then, and if it won't work (most probably), we'll maybe try teh familiar HP route.
