As an anime or japanese site, we're less interested in cartoons.
There are some sections for GIFs, but obviously the communal gallery - which is marked for someones own work - is not appropriate. We don't take cartoon GIFs. If you have an anime ones, upload it into the anime screen caps.
Do feel free to upload the videos into the cartoon section of the downloads (after checking for duplicates).
