Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

I like that! I think your more creative than me. Just what exactly was it that they were trying to achieve? All I can think of is a kind of Frankenstein situation, were they were creating a golem or something that is intelligent?? But I donīt know how that leads to the corruption of a whole world.
Yeah, perhaps some sorcerer tried a ritual or something that ended in disaster and after that they cracked down on magic. Just what exactly did they try to achieve?
Maybe even primitive machinery?
Iīd also like to feature religion heavily, with a critical element. Its a topic I like.
Just had a thought, normally I am for low tech in fantasy, but with the toxic world and low magic some more advanced weapons like gunpowder would fit really well.
I like the corrupt environment, perhaps toxic in certain areas, which can create dangers, especially for a girl who behaves like a tomboy.
Could we make a sorcery for magic in the hands of a select few? Or even take it off completely and leave just a kind of alchemy?
What did you think about the girl's social class? I was thinking of the middle class, so that it is consistent that she has a tutor and her running around and her tomboy attitudes is frowned upon.
Yeah, having her grow is a splendid idea. I havenīt entirely made it through the first book, I liked parts of it but I just thought it be good for a general feel of the setting, a poisoned/corrupted environment and possibly lots of tyranny. What I didnīt really like was the magic system. Too "scientific" in a way. As for the spanker, yeah I think I would like some kind of guardian, who is stern but fair.
Something between 10 and 14 I think would be good in this scenario.

Interesting that you like World of Darkness. Iīd be up for a Vampire rpg, not even necessarily with spanking if thats okay.
But if we want to stay with dark medieval fantasy for now letīs try to built our own setting. Definately could picture a very dangerous world. Perhaps something like Mistborn, were its almost post/pre apocalypse.
