Weeell...I am not too sure about 3 myself but Nr. 1 was already my favorite. Just like the idea of a sweet spanking harem but like i said she won't be pure evil and also try to play with the kids sharing good and bad things. There could also be some kids trying to protect others taking their beating by admitting they did something they haven't done...or others trying to even get spanked liking the intimacy of it.

With your Idea I definetly would choose to be the mothers younger sister(not too much younger, just that she still is in her thirties).
