Natalie shook her head. "No, I'm okay, thank you."

Isabella jumped off Tielle's lap, waiting for the woman.

Tielle stood up and planted a little kiss on Samantha's head before turning over to Isabella and picking her up. "Okay, we'll be back in a bit." She headed downstairs and knocked on Ariana's door.

Natalie carried Samantha downstairs to their room and tucked Samantha into the bed. Then the mother climbed into the bed and gathered Samantha close to her.

Ariana opened her door, smiling at the two. "Hey. What's up? Is Samantha okay?"

Samantha shuffled a little bit, getting extra close to her mother's warmth, wrapping her extra arm around Cotton and unconsciously nuzzling against him and Natalie.

"Yeah, she'll be fine... just really tired as a well spanked little girl often might be" said Tielle gently. "Me and Isabella are gonna go shopping for some groceries for dinner. Care to join us?"

Natalie kissed her forehead softly.

"Sure, why not?" Ariana replied. "Give us a good chance to get to know each other better."

"That's what we were thinking" Tielle chirped. "I feel kinda bad, to be honest... us parent types have been so busy that we've neglected giving you any attention. I hope you've not been too bored here."

"Aw, don't feel bad," Ariana said with a smile. "I've not been bored at all. Been spending time with my Pokemon."

"Well, that's good... I know that mine keep me company when I'm on my own... not that I am much these days" Tielle said with a gentle kiss to Isabella's cheek. "Do you have any dinner preferences? Just so we can pick and choose where we go shopping."

"Oh, not really," Ariana replied. "I'm not a fussy eater, so I'm fine with anything."

Isabella giggled at the kiss and flicked Tielle's nose softly before giggling some more.

"All right then... I'm sure I'll think of something here before we get to the store." Tielle walked out to the living room and made sure the weather wasn't too bad before heading out the front door - she didn't want miss Isabella getting cold after all.

She shifted the smaller girl once outside in the open and plopped the child on her shoulders - she was still light enough that the walk to the store with a girl in piggyback would not be too unpleasant.

"So," Tielle said, addressing Ariana. "How long have you been a trainer?"
