At the sound of that tone, the bailiff and Phoenix’s backsides both tensed up at this and the man in uniform was instantly quieted down. He and everyone else in the room knew he should have obeyed but for some reason he found himself hesitant and not moving a muscle

"...Fool." Well, no one could say she didn't try to give this man a chance. With a stern gaze, she began to count. "Three......two......" Tensions have now spiked the air of the courtroom. What shall this bailiff choose!?

As the count down continued, everyone found themselves with their eyes on the poor bailiff, except for Phoenix and Jess who were locked facing the other way. With all this attention, he found himself freezing up even more. This is the worst time to have stage fright

"...One. Should have known giving mercy on to a fool was foolhardy." With a crack of her whip, her voice echoed angrily throughout the courtroom. "Another stock at once and someone to restrain him!"

In an instant, the smaller single stock was wheeled in quickly as it was set up next to Jess and the helper forced the Bailiff into it before locking him in and running away. “Y-You can’t do this!” He protested as his pants clad backside was now presented to the woman

"I gave you multiple chances to correct yourself. But a fool never realizes how foolish they are until they pay the price." Without warning, Franziska has pulled both the bailiff's pants and underwear down and off of him. "And you are about to pay yours with interest!!!" Raising her whip, Franziska began to crack on the man's exposed bottom, whipping it again and again with a degree of fury.

The Bailiff’s pants and multicolored boxers were pulled to his ankles, revealing his pale bubble butt. Compared to Phoenix, while both had some flab, this one was definitely wider as he was definitely heavier then Phoenix. Before he could complain, the whip came down, causing him to howl in pain and wiggle his rump in defense

"How dare you think you can touch someone as grand as Franziska von Karma!? How dare you think you can refuse an order from one such as myself!? How dare you be insolent!? Expect more of this in your near future, bailiff, when you are in court and can't shape up!" With swiftness and aggression, Franziska was making quick working of turning that pale rump red with each lash.

“Ow! Ahh! Wow! T-Too hard! Too hard!!” He complained as the harsh spanks already began to color his rear a bright red, it was clear this wasn’t the first time she’s spanked someone with that whip. She was an expert at this point
