-Kagura, Rin, Tohru, Machi, Hiro and Kisa from Fruits Basket.
-Sakuya and Hijiri from Twinkle Stars.
-Tenma, Yakumo, Karen and Eiri from School Rumble.

-Orihime Inoue, Rukia kuchiki, Momo Hinamori, Lisa Yadomaru, Hiyori Sarugaki from Bleach.
-Himeko and Chikane from Kannazuki No Miko.
-Yukina Miazawa from Kare Kano, and her female friends as well!
-Nami and Vivi from One Piece.

First, I'd say Fruits Basket (manga), because it is fun at first sight and yet, when we take time to think about it, it is a very deep and elaborated manga, with some ethical/philosophical issues interesting to discuss about.

Second, I'd mention One Piece; this manga features a different universe, litterally. ^^
Eiichiro Oda is a genius, I am amazed by his imagination.
One piece is a shônen, thus fighting occupies a good place, but the universe is so wide, the characters so numerous and different, that the story is more important than the differents fights.
And, of course, I love the quirky humor in almost each chapter! ^^
