"This is all really confusing" Milo said scratching his head.

Kip nodded in agreement (ok)

Suddenly the phone rang and Milo answered. "Hello?"

"Hey Milo it's mom, just calling to see if you got their alright"

"Yeah mom I'm fine...say there's this guy here..."

"I know all about it put me on speaker so you both can hear"

Milo did as his mother asked.

"You see the house is a bit out of our price range so the agent told us about another young man who wanted the house and with our combined savings we could afford it" She explained.

"So he's part owner?" Milo asked.

"That's right and until me and your father can get their he's the main authority in the house so you have to do abide by his rules"

"But ma~" He whined.

"Sorry gotta go bye! Mommy loves you" And with that she hung up.

Kip looked at the phone then at milo "you know when they are gonna be back?" He said with a devilish smile his yellow eyes gleamed with a plan

"I have no idea" Milo shrugged placing the phone back in place and going to sit on the couch, not noticing Kips devilish smile.

Kip puffed out his chest and made his voice sound strict "rule 1" he started

Milo's head raised up and looked at the other male. "I beg your pardon?"

"Rule 1 is" he said looking sternly at milo "there are no rules" he said as he went back to looking normal

Milo blinked a few times. "Okay... for a moment there I thought I had something to worry about"

No what would you hve to worry about?" Kip said with a laugh "I'm only 15 you really think I'm gonna have rules beside be lazy" he said though he looked 21 so he used that to his advantage
