Leo was very proud of JT right now and pulled him into a hug. This sort of open affection was something he was learning to do more because JT needed from him what his mommy used to give him. " Thank you for being honest JT. I am very happy with you for doing that. I know it's hard when your friends can also get in trouble."

Leo ruffled JT's hair. " Let's go see your Aunt Carol buddy. Whatever happens I need to decide that together with her." He actually didn't, but he wanted to be fair to JT. And this was getting to the bottom of things in more ways then one.

Once again David and Danielle exchanged looks. Once again it was Danielle who spoke.

"Mommy I think if Miss Applebee was trying to make an example out of JT then spanking us wouldn't help that example," it was sort of a Hail Mary, but Danielle thought it was worth a try.

David nodded to show that he supported what his twin said.

Just then Leo and JT knocked on the front door.

"I try, Daddy. Mommy always said lying was the worst. And she said to be good for you, Daddy." He took his hand, something he didn't always do any more, but now it was right and they headed next door. They didn't go out to the sidewalk, but right across the driveway and in front of the house. As they passed the front window, JT could see the twins on the couch with his aunt in from of them. That didn't look good.

"Danielle, I wouldn't be spanking you because she made an example out of you, I'd be spanking you for talking in class when you know full well you shouldn't, but nice try." Just then there was a knock at the door. "You think about that and I'll be right back."

She went to the door and soon was ushering Leo and JT in. "Why don't you join the twins, JT." she motioned to the couch. "Now does every one agree that there was general talking in the class room just before dismissal and only JT was spanked? ANd does everyone agree that talking in class is naughty and disrespectful?"

JT nodded then looked at the twins. Obviously Aunt Carol had most of the story, but he didn't know yet that the twins had confessed their involvement. Perhaps Aunt Carol was only gathering evidence about his complaint."

Pretty soon Leo and JT were let inside and JT was brought over to the couch to join the twins. Naturally this left Leo to go stand by Carol, who took charge of the proceedings. Which, Leo allowed because she was much better at getting the truth of the kids. He was much more straight forward, where as she could lay on the guilt.

"Yes, mommy," the twins responded almost together.

"But Miss Applebee was only unfair to JT. Maybe nobody should have gotten spanked since she didn't spank everyone who was talking," Danielle pointed out.

David immediately saw where his twin was going with this and picked up the thread. " Yes, it's like sharing, if you don't have enough for everyone don't bring it at all. Miss Applebee didn't do it right so nobody needs to be spanked."

Leo covered a smirk with a cough as he waited to see what Carol would do. He very much loved JT but it was also entertaining to see the twins feed off each other as well as they did. Still, this was serious business and he stood ready to support whatever Carol decided.

"Was she? Or was JT the only one she was fair to? Probably everyone who was talking should have been spanked. Should I call all the parents and tell them that?"

"No!" JT said immediately. That would be horrible. Everyone in class would hate them. The twins were quick to agree.

"You're right. I'm not their mother. Yes under some circumstances I might talk to other parents, but not this time. I'm your mother, David, right? And yours, Danielle?" Both twins nodded, though they didn't like how things were going. "And JT, I'm your aunt, correct?" JT nodded.

"OK well there are two things are going on here. Who misbehaved and was JT singled out. I suspect you're over reacting about the latte, but Leo and I will look into it. As for misbehaving, I think I have two youngsters here that are due a spanking. JT, did they watch your spanking?" JT quickly shook his head. "Then I think you and your daddy can go home, while I deal with things here."


JT was only too happy to get out of there. He gave a look of sympathy to the twins and stood up. "Daddy can we shoot baskets?" he asked. He really did want to learn, but more importantly, he wanted this to be over.

Although they hated it, the twins were forced to agree with their mommy. David breathed a sigh of relief that his mommy wasn't going to call all the other parents. That would make the entire class hate him.

Danielle, however was more focused on where this talk was eventually leading, and sure enough despite their best efforts their mommy announced that they were getting a spanking. The only possible saving grace was that JT was being sent home.

Leo glanced down at his watch deciding that there was time yet to shoot hoops. "Sure JT, we can go shoot hoops," he said as they walked out of house and back to their house. It took only a moment to retrieve the basketball and give it to JT.

"Go ahead and take some shots, and I want you to arc the ball as high as possible," Leo explained, showing JT the correct shooting motion.

JT bounced the ball a few times then tired to shoot the ball the way his father had showed him. He had the right form but just not enough power behind it. It fell short. His father gave him the ball back and he tried a gain with a similar lack of success. "Daddy, can I sit on your shoulders and do it?"

"Danielle go upstairs and get me both paddles and be quick about it. David, into the corner. I'll take care of your sister first."

Leo watched without comment as JT tried and failed multiple times to shoot the ball into the basket. With regulation 10 foot hoops, he just couldn't generate enough power to make it in. Then JT asked to sit up on his shoulders. "Sure, JT, " Leo said as he handed him the basketball to hold while he picked the boy up and carefully lifted him up on his shoulders.

"Try again'," Leo encouraged JT as he moved a bit closer towards the basket.

Danielle didn't want to go upstairs and she certainly didn't want to get both paddles, and yet she did both of those things anyway. The idea of arguing or saying no never crossed her mind. Kids got spanked by adults and that was just how things were and always would be. Still, she didn't 'hurry' either, carefully walking back downstairs holding the paddles.

Meanwhile, David went into the corner, glad that he wasn't going first. He was equally glad that apparently they wouldn't be watching each other get it.

On his father's shoulders, JT was able to sink baskets much of the time. The problem was, it was very hard to retrieve the ball unless it happened to bounce right back to them. Leo had to stoop down to get it, and that soon aggravated his war injury. He needed to give up.

JT tried a few more shots. Then he went to listen to see if the twins spankings were over, but near the window next door, he could hear that they were not over. He came back inside.

"Daddy, it's April. That has an R in it, can we go clamming tomorrow?" he asked. Because it will be May next and we can't then.

Carol took the paddles from Danielle. In script is said, 'For Danielle's Derriere' on it. "Bare bottom and over my lap young lady."

Once Leo was holding JT on his shoulders, the boy was much more easily able to make baskets. But, it quickly became apparent that after a few minutes that bending down to get the basketball was becoming painful due to Leo's war injury. And so, he put JT back down on the ground.

He frowned slightly when JT ran over to see if the twins spankings were still ongoing. That wasn't really his place because if Carol had wished for him to listen or watch she would have invited him to do so.

And thus Leo gave JT a hard swat on the bottom when he came back. " Aunt Carol doesn't want you listening in. If she did she would have invited you to stay."

That settled he turned to JT's question about going clamming. He didn't see a reason why not. " Sure we can go tomorrow buddy," he told JT.

"Now, let's get you your bath and wash your hair.". Being a young boy, Leo knew that while JT could bathe himself, he often didn't do a good job if left unsupervised.

Danielle had expected that her mommy was going to pull her pants and panties down, and so for a moment she didn't move. But, before she could get in any trouble for stalling, she was already pulling her panties down and laying across her mommy's lap.

JT rubbed his bottom. "I just wanted to know if it was finished, Daddy so I could say good night. I just listened for a second. I wasn't like spying or that dropping word, honest. I couldn't even tell who it was. Can we call Aunt Carol later, or you could go over and ask if they want to come, too."

JT sighed when a bath, and especially a shampoo was announced, but he went inside and up to the bathroom. He got out his toy boat.

As Danielle pulled her panties down, Carol looked at the paddle. Steve had made them two summers ago when they'd felt that the twins could use something stronger. The twins had helped sanding the paddles smooth after he'd cut them out. Each was about 15 inches long with one third forming the narrowed handle. They were made out of a think pine so they imparted more of a sting than the thud of a hair brush which Carol used for more serious offenses. Danielle's was painted with red letters. David's was had light blue letters.

Carol began to spank. She thought a double dozen would be appropriate for this offense. She began working her way down Danielle's bottom.
