How did Hetzner find out that the site "Hand prints" is hosted with you? Why weren’t all the sites wrapped by Cloudflare?

Because it contains drawn naked children.
On the other hand, one German citizen told me that in Germany "such content" (any drawn content) cannot be equated to cp at all, precisely because it is drawn.

Perhaps the situation has changed in 10 years.

It turns out Hetzner does not allow pornography on their servers at all. Someone at their legal deparment lied to me. Ai-kun made a very bad choice of providers on this one. I'm amazed we didn't get shut down in the first year.

Cloudflare passes on the DMCA/Abuse complaints to the ISP. The new hosting company I am with ignores these requests.

Hello, I'm not getting emails when someone sends me a PM or posts on threads I'm subscribed to, even though I have it sent to Instant Notifications. I'm not using a Gmail account.
