Bruce could hear movement upstairs, the house was huge but echoed like no end, so he knew Dick was up. He would wait for him to come downstairs, they had some things to discuss this morning. If he was going to make this team, there would be rules... especially for Dick seeing that he would more likely than not be the youngest member.

Wally washed his hands quickly before taking a seat at the table, smiling at his aunt as she gave his plate, "Looks great, thanks!" He said before digging in. He made sure to swallow before answering, he knew not to talk with his mouth full, "Eh, I've slept worse before," He was trying to be optimistic.

It wasn't long until Dick was coming down the stairs, walking to where everyone was,"Morning Mom! Morning Dad.",he said having his usual grin on his face.

Iris nodded in understanding as she poured him some juice to have with breakfast,"Well I was thinking we could do something fun today. Though I don't know what you teenagers find fun nowadays.", she said turning the bacon over.

There was quiet in the dining room as the two parents waited for Dick. Jen smiled as she saw Dick come done, he seemed in a better mood than she would have thought, "Good morning sweetheart," She said, getting up to get his plate.

"Morning, Dick. Come sit, we've got some things to talk about this morning," Bruce said, motioning towards a chair.

Wally happily at his breakfast, his aunt truly was a good cook. He joked that it was a good thing speedsters had high metabolisms... otherwise, he and Barry would have to work out all the time, "I heard some new amusement park was opening up the town over. We could go check that out," He suggested.

Dick stared over at the chair motioned towards before he slowly took a seat doing his best not to wince,"Talk? About what?",he asked looking over Bruce.

Iris served the bacon next humming a bit as she did so,"That sounds like a great idea.",Barry said nodding,"Do you know the name of it? I can see if I can order the tickets online from now.".

Bruce let Dick get settled, and Jen give him his food before he started to talk about anything, "About yesterday, and going forward. You're not in any more trouble, but before I even consider allowing this tea to go forward, I need you to understand what the League, as well as your mother and I, would be accepting of you all... and, more importantly to the conversation, you."

Wally had heard from a few of his friends about this new amusement park, it seemed fun. And he knew his parents wouldn't take him, it wasn't really their thing. So he thought why not go with his aunt and uncle? "Um, I think it's just the town name amuse park or something. It's really new so they don't have a real name or anything."

Dick started on his breakfast after a quick thank you to his mother before looking at his father again in curiosity,"Me? What are you talking about?",he asked raising a brow, he had thought the whole idea of a team was frowned upon.

Barry nodded taking out his tablet, searching it before he grinned,"Ah, I found it. Okay we can go this afternoon. The one type of place you can have tons of junk food and not hear your aunt get upset over it.",he said with a grin. "Well, I still think they should serve healthier food but I'll tolerate it. Especially if they have funnel cake.",she said sitting down to her own breakfast a smile on her face.

"The League talked about it last night before we went home, and we are considering allowing you kids to make a team," He explained, "I'll be making the final call as chairman. But before I do, I want to explain to you what that will mean and the expectations we will have for you."

"It's not that much," Jen added, "But we thought it was fair to be upfront with you about it."

Wally grinned as he watched his uncle look for it, if they could go it'd be so fun. When Barry said it was all set and they'd go that afternoon, he cheered, "Yes! Thanks, Uncle Barry," He said with a huge smile. The park's games and rides were going to be great... add junk food on top of it? Best day ever, "I bet they will, Aunt Iris. A friend at school said they have any carnival food you can think of!"

"What? Are you serious?",he asked brightening up immediately, almost forgetting the pain of sitting as he looked back and forth between his parents as they spoke,"Expectations?",Dick asked next listening to everything very eagerly now.

"It's no problem. I think we all need some fun and relaxation after everything. Especially after a long work week.",he said as Iris nodded in agreement. "That's perfect. I haven't had funnel cake in awhile. It's always nice to have.",she commented sipping on her coffee.

"Told ya that would get him excited," Jen said with a bit of a laugh.

"Yes, I'm serious. You three... four if you want to count the clone you guys found... showed promise. And if you're going to continue to do this, we'd rather you do it on League terms instead of what you did yesterday," Bruce explained. That was the most important thing to him, "The expectations are that you will all follow each and every rule the League puts before you. When they aren't, the team will be disbanded. You don't sneak off on missions, you don't try to override the League. We are still the public face for superheroes, and it will stay that way."

"And..." Jen started to add, "You cannot, under any circumstance, tell them who you are."

Wally was extremely grateful for this, his parents never had time to do this type of stuff with him. He understood, they had to work, but he got bored at home a lot. Getting to spend time with his aunt and uncle meant getting to do fun stuff like this - and getting to be Kid Flash of course, "This is gonna be great!"

Dick listened to everything being said, nodding as he went along, at one point he smirked lightly about overriding the league, it was sorta easy but he wasn't going to bury himself today. "No telling anyone. At all?",he asked looking up at the both of them again,"I mean that's kind of easy right? It's not like they wanna know.".

Iris smiled seeing her nephew all excited, she understood what it meant for him, as she did get irritated with how his parents never seemed to try and make much of an effort to doing something fun with him. Though she kept that to herself and Barry.
