Cecilia would open her mouth to complain about having to leave that thing inside her, but opted not to do that fearing either more time or more spanks and having to take her temperature again.

"Y-Yes ma'am..."

She would meekly say while trying to keep as still as possible, even the little hand movements from Helena would cause the teen to gasp and whine.

Helena hold the thermometer in position for all the five minutes, then removed it and looked at it.
"It seems you don't have a fever. Good." she said, before sternly ask "Was this little inconvenience really worthy a spanking, young lady?"

She would let out one more gasp as the thermometer was finally pulled out of her rear and she would still hand her head low in shame, it was certainly something she didn't like but it wasn't worth getting spanked over especially since she had to take it afterwards anyways.

The sorceress clapped her hands, and on the table appeared a tablecloth, followed by plates, glasses and forks.
"Feel free to sit."

The teen watched, completely stunned that not only that Helena could do this but she did it so effortlessly like it was nothing to her. Cecilia would shake her head gently to come back to reality and would take a seat at the closest chair before getting comfortable.

"S-So what are some of the other rules ma'am?"

The sorceress noticed that the teen was amazed. Good, it meant that she understood she had a lot to learn.
She clapped her hands again, and on Cecilia's plate appeared a tasty steak of beef.
"First of all, there are things I want you to carve in your brain. All rules are important, but this first rule is the most important of all."
She sat down in front of her, and continued "I'm not the only inhabitant of the island. There are small communities of farmers, and groups of bandits that roam here. They're not a problem: the farmers respect me, and the bandits fear me. Are you listening to me, apprentice? The first rule I'm about to tell is really important."

Cecilia was very distracted by the amazing smelling piece of meat in front of her, so she would push it up a little and wait to eat so she could give Helena her full attention. She was very surprised to learn that both farmers and bandits were on the floating island as well, why wouldn't she just kick the bandits off if they feared her.

"Yes ma'am I am listening."

The sorceress nodded, and continued with her speech "But there is more than farmers and bandits. At the extreme north of the island stands the city-state of Gobekli Tepe. The Inuarts, its inhabitants, are strong and cruel. The first rule is simple but very important: stay away from Gobekli Tepe and the Inuarts, if you value your life.
