"Yes, Jake." Everest sniffed.

"Good" he said, hugging her, "I forgive you."

Everest cuddled into him.

After a moment, he set her down.

"Let's get going" he said, turning to the truck.

Everest fallowed Jake.

They got in the truck, and eventually came to the doctor office. Jake got out, and went around to the other side.

"Alright" he said, opening the door, "Let's get inside."

Everest hopped out of the truck.

They went inside, checked in, and then sat down. Eventually Everest got up, and started walking around the waiting room. After a moment, she came to a bulletin board with fliers, and glanced over them. One was a flier suggesting that the reader get their flu shot, and this made Everest nervous. She recalled filling out a form with Jake, which he sent in to Dr. Turbot. It was everything she could recall about going to the doctor before, and any info, that could help Dr. Turbot look up records, to know allergies, vaccine records, and other stuff. She went over, and sat by Jake again.

"Uh...Jake" she asked, "Am I getting a shot?"

"Not sure" he said, shrugging, "Dr. Turbot said she'd let us know today, if you needed one."

"Okay." Everest said.

Soon Taylor came out.

"Hi Jake" she said, "It's swell to see you. Aw...is this Everest?"

"Yep" he said, petting her, "Everest...this is Dr. Turbot's daughter, Taylor."
