One Sunday afternoon, Arthur Reid was sitting on the couch watching the latest episode of bionic bunny. Just as it was getting to the good part, he heard a banging upstairs coming from his room. Suspiciously, Arthur slipped off the couch and went upstairs to investigate.

DW is jumping on her bed with a stuffed animal... giggling happily.

Arthur passed by and saw DW bouncing. "Mom says your not meant to jump on the bed" said Arthur.

"Well she's not here!" DW said, sticking her tongue out at her brother.

"But I am" said Arthur, "and when Mom's not here I'm in charge, now get down or else".

"Or else what?" DW challanged, still jumping on the bed.

"Or else I'll turn you over my lap and spank your little bottom" warned Arthur.

"Y-You can't do that!" DW told him.

"Yes I can" said Arthur, "now stop bouncing".

"NO YOU CAN'T!!!" DW yelled at him, still bouncing.
