Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
Just another boring day for Xander, the vulpine purveyor of Inn. Yes, his inn was uniquely called in. He'd never really considered naming it anything more fancy than that. What was the point? The only people who tromped over this particularly part of the world was the off-hand adventurer who needed a place to sleep off the poisoned spider bites and the magma eel burns before venturing down into an even more dangerous area of the world. That was why he'd built it at the crossroads of the world... less chance of being stomped on by something bigger than him here.
His ear twitched a bit as he heard someone or something approaching from the outside. A customer? Thank goodness, he might be able to afford to get himself some new ale mugs now! |
Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
Soon, a small figure, wearing a cloak, entered the inn. The male walked over, perusing the wares. He seemed... Odd, as it were.

Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
The fox raised a brow, but he wasn't about to turn up his nose at a potential paying customer. "Welcome," he greeted with a small smile. "What can I get for you, weary traveler? A room? A meal? Perhaps a little of both?"
|
Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
The male looked him over, and smirked. He quickly drew a dagger and tried to threaten him. A bandit! "Just give me some coin, and I'll leave you be." he said. He was small, but armed.
|
Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
He blinked a little bit. "What?" he asked, leaning forward, showing absolutely no fear. "You must be REALLY desperate, or a really stupid bandit to think that I would have anything of value here." He motioned around to the ramshackle place around him. "Look at this place. Do you really think a place in the middle of nowhere would make the risk of holding me up worth it?" he asked with a small smile.

Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
The would be thief was taken aback, and he growled. "I'm not stupid!" he said, though didn't comment on the desperate comment. He was very desperate, though he wouldn't let the fox know such. "Just give me what you have!"
|
Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
He nodded and sighed. "Alright then." He took his tunic off, revealing that the fox was quite well stacked, a perfect and chisled form, very unusual for his kind and profession. He tossed his shirt to the thief before reaching over and grabbing his knife from him, wrenching it from the attacker very easily, twirling it.

Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
The thief gasped, grabbing at the knife. "You bastard!" he growled, preparing to flee. He was outmatched.
|
Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
The fox smiled and tossed the knife away, hopping over the top of the counter, leaping on the bandit, forcing him to the ground easily enough. "Nope. Sorry, but you aren't going anywhere, brat." He reached down and undid the mask, tugging it off.

Re: Inn: The Middle of Nowhere
Beneath the mask was a beautifully feminine wolf boy. He writhed, trying to get away from him.
