Sister turned mother -for shadowlight-
 

It was a warm late summer evening as 19 yearold Rei Kusanagi drives her fifteen year old sister Tsuki to her apartment. They were returning from the police station after their mother had been arrested for child abuse. Rei was the only one able to take care of Tsuki. Once they arrived at their destination, she leads her inside. "Okay Tsuki make yourself at home." she said as she turns on the lights. "I'll start making dinner."

"okay." the girl replied as she took her shoes off by the door and went to sit on the couch.

She makes a simple curry rice with pan seared salmon fillets then sets the table. "Come to the table sis. Dinner's ready." she called.

Tsuki came in and glanced around.
"smells good sis." she stated as she sat down

"Thank you." she sat across from her and thanked for the food before partaking. Once they were almost finished eating. "Tsuki I want you to understand that now I'm more than your big sister. I'm also your legal guardian and that means you'll have to follow any and all rules I set in place. Got it?" she asked.

"Yes." Tsuki answered, she had always respected Rei anyway; even when they were younger.

"Good luckily for you the rules here will be pretty much the same as the rules at home... before mom went crazy... that includes the punishment. I will turn you over my lap and spank you if I see fit. Understood?" she said.

"but I'm not some little kid!" she stated, though in reality she was just afraid that those spankings would evolve into the beatings she had got from their mother.

"Sis you are never too old for a spanking and that's final. Now when you're finished eating we'll take a bath together." she said as she took dishes up.

"there's no way that I am going to let you treat me like this....I love you but I'm no little kid and I don't have to take all of this crap!"
