The Doctor's wife was not the typical image of married feminimity. She lived independently of him, an archeologist, a con woman, a thief. After being raised to kill him, it was a marvel that she fell for him instead of planting a bullet into his skull. But she was far from obedient. She lusted for adventure, for treasure, for the wonders of the universe, and her own safety mattered little to her. So every once in a while, she managed to get caught. The most she could do from her prison was send out an encrypted signal to warn her husband, to call him to come for her. Nothing like the arrival of the Doctor to cover your jailbreak. But she didn't expect him to interfere with her independent (if dangerous) lifestyle.

The doctor was in his TARDIS, getting a message from River Song she was in a makeshift metal pyramid and needed help.

That was the issue with new alien civilizations, really. One couldn't be sure if any odd thing would offend their delicate sensibilities. River's gun - now confiscated by her guards - hadn't bothered them in the slightest. Though her 'borrowing' a marvelous, glimmering gem had set them into a frenzy. Now she sighed, hating that she needed to call for help. But without her weapons and her vortex manipulator, she wasn't making much progress in her escape plan.

The problem wAs that these weren't regular guards these were cyber men different from the one that were different from the ones she fought an older model.

"Bloody Cybermen," the woman growled under her breath, more than familiar with the species even of she didn't know this particular model.
The only thing worse were Daleks, as far as she was concerned. So she bided her time and waited for a chance to slip out.

Two of the cyber men went Into her cell grabbing her arms "you will be upgraded." The model said, "or you will be deleted." They said as some others cyber men were there since they had guns on her since these models did not have built in guns.

"No third option? How about an extended warranty?" Song quipped dryly even as she winced from how hard their steel grip held onto her.
"After all, you boys could do with an upgrade yourselves. You must be the embarrassment of the Cyber-collective."
Mostly, she was talking to try and think up a way out of this, her eyes scanning around for some sign of her equipment they'd confiscated.

(Remember cyber men don't like it when gold her in their bodies.)

A blue box appear it is the TARDIS, the doctor was here to save his wife. The cyber men was ready to fight the time lord, "ou are an enemy of the cyber men." They said all four of them focus on him instead of River.

(I'm not sure I understand)

Wonderful. Nothing like the Last of the Time Lords to liven up a party and become the center of attention. River took this moment to duck out of the Cybermen's grasp, intending to grab her gun and vortex manipulator so she could get back to kicking ass.

(If cyber men get gold in their body the metal and organics parts stop working together)

The box was empty the doctor was already inside of the pyramid and as a cyberman try to grabbed river from behind the doctor stabbed a gold pen in a hole causing the cyber man bodily function to stop working.
