It's not a clip. If i'm not mistaken, that was a slidshow created by someone featurning anime fan made art. Too bad it was taken down.

Yes, you'd think the person who posted it had used a bunch of artwork without permission, or giving credit, or that it blatantly violated YouTube's guidelines or something. But that's just silly.
