Hyrule Warriors: Legendary Brats (for Mastervegeta)
 

After the rifts across various eras of Hyrule opened, various warriors from across time had joined in order to stop various of the threats that had come from the soul gates.

Two legendary heroes in particular had joined: Young Link, the Hero of Time and Toon Link, the Hero of Winds. Their stories were known and they were regarded as legendary heroes, but when they met the other heroes it was clear that, despite them having the skills to back up their fame, they were still kids. Still playful, still naive, and still prone to getting in trouble.

The two kid heroes became friends quickly and spent a lot of free time together.

Toon Link woke up early in the morning and headed to a nearby river, hoping Young Link would join him soon.

As fate...or Farore would have it,Young Link was going to the exact same river!

"Hey! Young Link!" greeted the boy as his friend approached "Good to see you!"

Young Link smiled."Yo,Toon Link!What a coincidence finding you here!" he said,cheerful.

"I just wanted to get my face wet before starting the day" he said "Some training may not be a bad idea, too"

"Sounds good to me!" Young Link nodded."Never know when a bad guy's gonna try his or her luck."

Toon Link threw some water on his face "Yesterday I tried to ride big Link's horse, but I'm too small to get on it..." he said "Dang, I wish I could ride one, they look fun"

"You mean Epona?I ride her all the time." Young Link said.

"You should teach me sometime. Big Link says his horse is way too big for me." he said with a smile "And it kinda blows when you're a legendary warrior but still a kid"

"Hehe,yeah.I got in a lot of adventures myself.It's hard when the Great Fairy gets stern on ya though!" Young Link said.
