Which of my shading styles do you like better? Soft or Cell shading?

I've uploaded my newest redraw in two shading styles: Soft and Cell shaded.

The cell shaded version is here:

The soft shaded version is here:

Which one would you like to see more often? Which do you think looks better?

I do love them both, but I think that the Cel-shading is slightly better... but only slightly. The other is just amazingly warm and toned.
Gaaaaah~!

I voted for cell shading, which might, or might not, have something to do with the fact that my favorite picture on the entire site - and from you - was also done in the "cell shading" way :)

Biased? Totally not.
I just like the look

cel shading gets the nod. though i like them both, that one slip sahead.

I'm going to go against the grain and vote for the soft-shading. It's not an easy choice... The cel shading give the picture a flatter, more anime-like appearance and emphasizes the contrasts in color. It's also what I'm more used to seeing from you, so I've got no complaints there. I think though that I prefer the softer, more rounded look to the colors that soft-shading provides.

In conclusion, even though I've made up my mind, I think we need some more examples of each to be really, really sure. :P

As everyone else, I think that both versions are close to each other. Personally, I voted for soft-shading, it's ... softer ^^; No, seriously: smooth, warm design appeals more to me :3

That goes without saying. I have to concur.

I think that I like the cell shading just a bit more as the blush seems more sweet to me in that one...though there really is not a single problem with either.

Soft looks more natural and meshes with your style better. The softened transitions go well with your line-art and heavy lines in a more natural, less Game-cube-y way.

I prefer the soft-shaded as I think it just suits your style of drawing more. It looks more natural and is warmer than the cell imo.
